Océ PRISMAarchive
Through the single driver, documents can be converted into PDF directly, without the need for Adobe Acrobat installed on the local computer. The documents are converted into PDF on the server and stored in the user’s Personal Document Space. From here, stored documents can be archived in Océ PRISMAarchive.
Océ Count Logic
The Océ Count Logic central database can be updated regularly with accounting information from Océ PRISMAsatellite for Office. Océ Count Logic shows the Océ PRISMAsatellite for Office accounting information in clear reports. These usage overviews can be used to charge printing, scanning or copying costs to the appropriate departments or can be exported as CSV, XML, HTML or text files to allow further processing in, for example, financial applications.
