Sustainability Forum
A Corporate Sustainability Forum advises the Board of Executive Directors on all sustainability issues, including organization, policies, procedures and reporting systems. The Forum members represent a broad cross-section of the know-how and experience available in the various disciplines and areas relevant to Océ. The Forum reports directly to the chairman of the Board of Executive Directors, and acts as a corporate center for advice, support and policy-making.
The main issue of the Forum was to determine the mission, vision, strategy and objectives in the area of sustainability. Subsequently targets were formulated which will serve as the basis for putting the strategy into practice. As a result sustainability within Océ has become a formal and long-term element of corporate strategy.
